The operation has steadily gone downhill since the previous owner passed away. Under the new ownership in 2018, the boats break down more often possibly due to lack of maintenance and lack of new fleet, the degraded boat maintenance contributes to more mishaps in boat handling during docking, un-docking and sailing in the outer harbor. The new ownership/management seems to be stressed out in managing day to day events thus create a stressful environment for the customers/members. They simply don't have the good business sense as the previous owner did to run a relaxed, welcoming experience for customers
