Granted, part of a large crowd of students. However, I walked in after the main body had been seated and was completely ignored for several minutes. Finally, I sat at the counter, and again was ignored. When I did finally get to place my order, the wait staff was borderline rude. Sat for several minutes with an empty glass and no one checking on me. This store really needs to up its game.
