I normally go here for Dr. appointments and ER visits and the care is typically very good however I was seen in the ER this month for anyphylaxis/allergic reaction and when I got into a room the nurses were doing a shift change. She recognized me and said to her coworker right while I was there that I was psychosomatic and when I tried telling them I had started new antibiotics they ignored me and said it was anxiety. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Do they think I m stupid and not know what that means? Wouldn t go back even if my life depended on it. On a different trip to the ER they gave me IV morphine which is incredibly dangerous and could ve killed me as I am opiate naive. Don t risk your life coming here the staff are rude and don t know what they re doing.

Update: tested positive for covid a week later
