I have been going to Pilates Plus of Bonita Springs for a few months now and I am very satisfied with my experience. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and the classes are always challenging. The studio is clean and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and motivating environment. I have noticed improvements in my core strength and flexibility since starting Pilates. Highly recommend!
