The West Bend team was tremendous to work with. They were out to adjust my claim the day after my agent submitted it. The adjuster was very knowledgeable in the field and answered all of my questions on site and they make you feel like a valued customer and help you through the claims process. I always felt like part of the team throughout the process and their customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend West Bend to anyone, especially if your current company is causing issues.
