My sister was referred to Dr. Alsarraf by her own veterinarian because her kitty has lymphoma. The vet was kind enough to set up the appointment with Dr. Alsarraf s office. When my sister arrived for her 5pm appointment she was scolded by Dr. Alsarraf for not calling herself to set up the appointment. My sister tried to explain that she did not know she needed to call because her vet had set up the appointment for her. She was still scolded so more. When the conversation finally moved towards discussing my sister s kitty s well being, Dr. Alsarraf was cold and condescending when speaking with my sister about treatment options. My sister left the appointment sick to her stomach. The next morning we contacted the office and spoke to Dr. Alsarraf s technician, Ashley, to tell her of the horrible way my sister and her cat were treated. Ashley was equally dismissive and rude and said we were nice enough to squeeze you in after a very hectic day. The appointment was at 5pm not 10pm. If you read the website it says 24/7 care no appointment needed. We told Ashley she and Dr. Alsarraf would not be laying a finger on our kitty. Stay away from this miserable place! They are not the only game in town! Shop around for compassionate care, especially when dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
