I cannot value the service, because in 2 years that I have been with you I have not needed it, I have had home and automobile insurance.
What I can assess is telephone attention, call to request the non-renewal of insurance and it was a surreal and chaotic call.
The attention was dismal, and the "market" to retain me as a client, was pathetic on the part of the person who attended to me, was with an arrogant tone, drip and edge throughout the conversation.
Just tell you, the final decision to leave the company was caused by the person who attended me.
