It was my first time visiting and I had the choice to pick my stylist. Based on previous reviews, I picked Jojo. She was FANTASTIC! Very kind from start to finish; very patient with my questions. She explained every decision she made for my hair, she clarified what I wanted, and she gave me suggestions to try at home. I only need a trim every 4 months apparently, but omg, I can't wait to go back to her! Very amazing experience; worth the money and the appointment waiting.
