Drug not available, although it is indicated in the shop as available. The information that a drug is not available and thereby delays the delivery, I have received only after I have inquired about the whereabouts of my medication. The order will be shipped only when all medicines are available. There are no partial deliveries. The lady on the phone said I could cancel the order if it took me too long. Very bad customer service.
