We were here over the weekend for a volleyball tournament. Most hotels were booked up. And so was this one. So I get it. They were full, busy and service was going to be a little slower. BUT, with them knowing about this event for months, wouldn't you think they would prepare for this??? By Saturday morning, they were out of shampoo, our AC in our room didn't work, the coffee maker was disgusting. They room was never cleaned on Saturday so we never got clean towels or or anything. I had to ask 3 different times. I asked for a new coffee maker and that never came. They do not have any type of complimentary breakfast. Not even juice or coffee in the lobby. So you have to pay$3-4 for Starbucks coffee in the lobby. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Their service is terrible........<br/>Update. I emailed Marriott Corporate offices. I got an email saying the executive offices for the hotel were contacted and I would here from someone in 3-5 days. I still have not heard from anyone. I sent another email to the corporate office.
