The employees at this establishment are extremely snobby and rude. I was running about 5 minutes late for my 14 year old daughters eyebrow appointment and when I called them to let them know the girl said don t bother coming now . I was shocked!! I asked why she said we don t have time for people being late, we are just too busy !! Can you imagine?? I was flabbergasted! I was so shocked at her condescending tone of voice. Needless to say that my daughter was very sad
But I m a strong believer in that everything happens for a reason. We then found Amber at Serenity Spa in Barrhaven and she is AMAZING!!! . I have no time for rude people in my life anyway so it worked out perfectly
