I have tried calling Portea's international number...

I have tried calling Portea's international number..no one answers. I hv left messages and it has been more than 48hrs- no response.
I hv been unable to reach 1800 number from outside india. Kindly tell me how to dial a 1800 number from outside india?
I hv sent messages on facebook to which they say they will call back and have not done so.even after explaining i am unabke to reach their 1800 number they r not helping me

Its terrible!!!!
I am in need to help parents and im not getting any help.
