Debt collection

On August 27, 2018 I was contacted by a company titled "Resurgent Capital Services" stating via mail that they were collecting a debt.

During this time I made the mistake of calling the company, in which they then received my phone number.

I informed this company that in fact this debt was never taken out by me, they said I would need to send legal proof this was not my debt.

I sent all of the requested information to this company on August 29th 2018.

I also asked for validation as well as told this company by law to stop collections and validate the debt.

Phone calls started on 9/12/18 from this company, when I was polite and informed them that I have disputed this an in accordance with law I have informed them via mail to stop all collections, I am then told to "pay my bill"

On 9/13/.2018 Three more phone calls.

Almost daily i get at least one phone call from this company, they could be calling more but I keep blocking all of the various numbers that call me, now they switched to private calling me. So I had to block private calls on my phone.

By Pa law I asked for the basics to verify this debt MULTIPLE times, In turn I am told they gave this to me, and now since I seen to "know the law" that this company is going to do the following to me. (Which is a joke)

File a lawsuit

Call my co workers

They are going to "call my family members for the money"

When I laughed at all of this I was then told they were "bonded by the Government" (Give me a break)
