I had an appointment today. Supposed to be 10-12. Received a text to confirm time. At 12 no show so I called. Then was told time was supposed to be 10-2. At 2:00 called as tech never showed. Was then told tech has several more calls ahead of me, they don t know when he will arrive. Then was told I could have first appointment tomorrow. I asked what time,
They said 8-12. I said isn t first appointment 8:00? They said they could not guarantee what time they would be there tomorrow. Suffice it to say, I said no thanks and I ll be getting a different plumber to come and fix my sink. This was the first time I was trying gold metal. Not a great way to treat a first time customer
