the staff are very compassionate & helpful, I gave 4stars only because actual help with getting shelter placement is a long waiting list, which is no fault of Compass but they should better inform people in need thru their website of the wait time & that disable people with urgent care needs can get on a shorter waitlist with doctor's note of urgency. Compass has numerous access to services, food, diapers, baby food, referrals to medical services, clothes, school supplies and much more.
