Should be 0 stars Absolutely horrible branch of this corporation gives Caldwell banker a bad name let me indulge you in the classless unethical practices of there agent CAREN PEYTON and her broker KALENA I had my house listed at 320000 there client came 16 days after I had my house listed and offered 315000 I was going to counter until my realator told me the people buying were veterans of this great country and I have many friends and family who served so I accepted there offer with no counter even left a brand new fridge with 5 year warranty. Inspection comes few things needed to be fixed so I fixed them so they could come into my beautiful home and have a peace of mind they sign the addendum for inspection then there appraisal comes in at 300k I get the report and there comps and assessments were atrocious to say the least so I offer them it at 305000 which is beyond fair seeing that any other company would easily appraise it at 315k seeing that 1 of her comps as well was a house that sold in April around the corner for 305k and I had minimum of 30k more just in my back yard I have moved across the US so I said rather than putting it back on the market I'll offer them it at the 300k it appraised for again ONLY because they were veterans and I appreciate there service my agent calls to let them know I will do the 300k they wanted and CAREN PEYTON then proceeds to tell her there backing out a week from closing and that she would not even tell her clients what we offered which is beyond violating the code of ethics so my agent calls her broker KALENA and she apologizes says her agent should not be behaving this way and at this point I imagine there clients felt uncomfortable CAREN PEYTON also told my agent that this was interfering with her vacation and we were taking to long again highly unethical we were still going to close on the same date no matter what she is a classless unethical realator who doesnt care about her clients just about her vacation as for KALENA her boss I made numerous calls that day to see what happened cause as a seller or a buyer your in the dark and the buyers were saying how much they loved the house and that they were going to be very happy there she never answered or replied to my messages I came down to 300k for them because they were veterans so if you were willing to buy at 315k how do you back out I'll tell you a horrible agent only concerned with herself I'm 100% confident she nixed the deal because of her lack of code of ethics I will be writing complaints on every social media site there on and the better buisness bureau as well as any realator or LinkedIn site Caren or Kalena is affiliated with I will also be filing a for litigation against there company for code of ethics to the Buyers I hope you find your dream home I know it's not your fault your just surrounded by bad company TO CALDWELL BANKER I HOPE YOU DIG IN ON CAREN PEYTONS AND KALENA THE BROKERS CODE OF ETHICS AND DO WHAT ANY GOOD COMPANY WOULD DO
