Tomorrow morning I will visit neurosurgery probably at 10 am (I don't remember exactly why I made the reservation by phone 3 months ago and I marked it on a cell phone that is no longer working). In other hospitals, when a visit is booked two or three days before the patient receives a message or a call from an operator who asks if the visit is confirmed. Here, on the other hand, I have received nothing and I have to hope that the visit is really at 10 and therefore to remember myself well. I called the hospital myself today at 2pm to ask for confirmation and the uneducated operator told me "Monday call the CUP". When I told him that the visit was tomorrow and so I couldn't wait until Monday he said "I'm sorry I can't help you" and without even saying goodbye he lowered the receiver! Congratulations to humanity and the great (obviously ironic) desire to work with telephone operators!
