What your company did to the trees in the Kettering, Ohio, as well as the rest of the Dayton area was a pure act of lunacy!! The fact that you are allowed onto people's property, let alone carry chainsaws, is completely wreck less! I have never seen anything more unprofessional than the work you did or more disrespectful than what I heard and saw out of your workers in the 30+ years I have been in the landscape/green industry! Your company's disregard for anything that can even be considered professionally acceptable is appalling! Your company will never step foot on my property, and will do everything I can to ensure you never work on another tree in the Dayton area! The only reason you are getting 1 star is because they do not give you a choice to leave the stars blank!
