Got a cold call from someone at Aspen. They explained they hired someone who used to work for install America. That person from install America was at my house a few years back and quoted us on a new roof. We declined at the time. So, Aspen thought maybe I'd need one now. Well, I've moved since then and do not need a roof. I don't need windows, doors, or siding either. When I explained this to them all I got was "ok" and they hung up. If you're going to call me and potentially want me as a future customer at least be polite about it. I'll never use Aspen, or recommend them to anyone in the future based off this one phone call. If you're looking for work to be done I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
