The service department at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge doesn't even deserve one star. We've experienced horrible customer service over the years - from extremely slow service, condescending remarks, shoddy work, attitude, and the list goes on. We won't be going back if we can help it, and would rather take our Dodge to another dealership out of town for required service. Most recently, my husband waited 20 + minutes in the service department, without so much as an acknowledgement from any of the service team. I watched as patrons came in after my husband, and personnel proceeded to strike up full conversations about football near where he was standing, offering only a brusque someone will be with you in a moment, as if my husband was interrupting the conversation and inconveniencing him. Our experience has been so bad, my husband refuses to have me take our cars in, not wanting me to experience dealing with their rude employees. Management acknowledged that they have a service issue, but change needs to be made, and quickly.Customer 'dis'-service at its finest.
