I refused to even give this company one star, but ...

I refused to even give this company one star, but it made me. I called immediately after purchasing tickets for an event (Circus) in 2 hours. I made a mistake and ordered them for the wrong city. That city is 5 hours away from me. The associate was sweet, but informed me nothing could be done unless I wanted to pay $50 more for tickets by my city because that is all that is left OR I should sell them myself... In less than two hours.... I asked to speak with the manager ("Nicole" - who apparently is the "Highest Superior" of the whole company) was extremely nasty from the start for no reason, especially considering I was being nice and practically in tears. They wouldn't even give me a credit to buy tickets for something else at a later date. After desperately trying to get a refund I settled on paying $50 more, now let's see.... That is $135 for 2 tickets to the Circus, "Nicole" told me that option was no longer available. That place is a SCAM. They will steal your money. THEY ARE RUDE AND THE ESTABLISHMENT IS A JOKE.
