I would like the owners opinion here. It is first time I writing a bad review. What my friends and I experienced on Saturday, June 4th (around 1 pm) is below the line. Super unprofessional, rude and unacceptable behavior of the manager Ehsan M. (Atwater Village location).

My friends got their masters from the university that is around the corner and we came to this cafe to share a light meal and thank the university director who was with us. Here I need to add that this restaurant put their flyers in the university and I have no idea what are they expecting after treating us and the university director like that.

- The cafe was half empty, nevertheless we had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seated. Then we were given a table inside.
- It was 12 of us, and we were waiting for 3 more people to come. Manager refused to give us additional chairs (as I said, the inside space was empty!) he said you have to squeeze, I don`t have space for you
- All plates had grey stains all over, we`ve asked to change them and they did and the new ones had staines too and the waiter said we do not have other ones

That all looked weird and I started to look around and saw another waiter bringing a bowl to the other table and he had finger right inside of the bowl while he was holding it!

- As I said, my friends graduated that day and one of our friends was in the middle of the speech when the manager came and interrupted him saying that this room is closing and we have to go soon.
- When we got a check we asked to split it in 2 checks and manager refused to do that. He said that the check is not big enough. It was $300. Specifically he said You think you can pay just $300 and ask to split? No. I`m not doing this

Everyone was confused and left. I decided to talk to a manager and I asked him what happened and why he was so rude to us. He did not want to listen to me, he said I don`t care, I don`t want to listen to you, go away and have a nice day .

I do not know why is this person works as a restaurant manager How can you treat your customers like that?
