I set up a consult online and received a call immediately from the very friendly lady at John Moore who was also very knowledgeable about my problem.
The service technician arrived the next morning, earlier than expected which was a great help. Vincent was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the procedure to remedy the issue and showed me how the problem stopped when he was finished.
From start to finish, I was very pleased with my experience with John Moore. I will definitely recommend them to others.
