This vendor supplies my CGM sensors and transmitters, but they are closed on nights and weekends and have no customer service even during business hours. The only means of contact is by phone and email, and they do not respond to either. They claim to have a means to text them re status of orders, Rx'es, and shipments, but this means of contact has never functioned. It boggles my mind that such a company can be doing business with my BC/BS insurer as a supplier of critical diabetes supplies, but I guess having no human beings on staff to make sure customers are actually getting their products saves a lot on overhead costs.
