My husband and I tried applying for a single family home using mother in law as a co-signer. I applied not knowing the owner was pretty strict. Unfortunately we weren t approved, but Sarah, the property manager, explained everything thoroughly. She was super sweet, and very professional about everything. We may not have been approved, but I greatly appreciated how she handled everything.
