I wouldn't give their management the benefit of 1 ...

I wouldn't give their management the benefit of 1 star over this place...horrible!! is the way to describe their bussiness...people skills is unreal...and the policies they pick and choose when to enforce things..in the 2 years I've been here I've witness someone get shot in my apartment complex...ive saw drug dealers outside at different hours of the night here not to mention I've had my car broken into and things took from there management property do you think they reimbursed anything missing from their "private property"..ive had people park in my assigned stall and reported it to management and was told to stick a notice on that person car and if it's not moved in 24 hours we will call to have it towed...
nope never happened...
then a year later they review their policies for parking more than once... (signs or unorganized leadership) making owners fill out a form to determine what vehicles are on their private property..
according to them don't let you have expire tags for one day it's tagged to get towed...
making people have parking permits when the company already has notices whose vehicle is suppose to be here but there security doesn't again signs of unorganized leadership...
so to top off my issue with this place and their new parking laws aka martial law..
if you don't have your parking permit posted when security drives by even if you there for 10 mins...within 3 hours your vehicle will be towed and you will be put of money because this place is so symptomatic and they care so much but won't deal with their residents unless you are a buyer they don't deal with residents/tenants unless it's a new policy or garage check they will be at your front door...home sweet home...gotta love the treatment from unreliable sources
