Applegate is a terrible company to rent from. The tenants are treated terribly, they scam you out of tons of money for the "security" deposit (that you won't ever see back even if there isn't any damages, you have to threaten to go to court to see a small fraction of the initial deposit). The apartments they offer are over priced for the size of the units, there small, out dated and some already have damages when you move in and you get penalized for it. If your considering going with Applegate, I'd advise you to look elsewhere. They are flat out rude, disrespectful, greedy and over all a disgusting management. Not pleased at all.
