I called this location to see if my daughter's roo...

I called this location to see if my daughter's room was at this location ended up talking to the reservations for the whole Fleet. When we got there the guy at the counter told my daughter she needed her ID and her credit card for incidentals which was fine but she had forgot that at my hotel we made a round trip Uber to go pick up her ID and credit card after they wouldn't allow me to put my credit card down for the room to come back and find out that wasn't the location she had a room in he never told us he didn't have a reservation for her he told me there was no reservation under my name. It was not a good experience but we finally figured out which location she was in and got the information that we needed to get her checked in this took us two hours after I checked into my hotel room to get it all sorted out I'm not happy about it
