Kia Of Covina saved our lives! I had previously called Kia of Alhambra regarding Engine failure and recall that was just passed and they did not want to help at all
So we called Kia of Covina and without hesitation they sent me a tow and got it to there lot
Michael Connely provided great customer service and let us know they were going help us out and fix the our engine failure
Dealt with Michael the hole time he got us a rental and kept in touch on a daily bases
Thank you so much Michael your kindness and your help was just amazing and a great deal of help
Also did not have to spend a single dime due to the Recall and engine failure on Kias
