I hope this review helps many other people not to be screwed by this company.
So my experience starts on 11.03.2019 by buying an XS Max 256gb iphone paying the additional option of delivery by appointment. Order No. YA16847116.
From the date of the order to the actual delivery of 03.25.2019 the package remains 14 days in storage to the company in charge,
on the day of delivery I pick up the packaged package, and once it is opened I notice that it was empty inside. I complain with the call center service, they ask me for 6 photos of various angles and a complaint, I provide the various documentation requested but in attaching the files the photo inherent to the packaging escapes me, provided later.
I look forward to hearing from them that the competent reimbursement office checked the case. Negative result, as it turns out to them that at the time of signing the order withdrawal has not "signed with reservation" then subsequently contact the call center to complain that at the time of the withdrawal I had the porter put "signed signature" modified pen as it was a preprinted sheet and I took a picture, communicating this a new problem arises according to them (since I had not attached the photo of the packaging) I did not have to pick up the package because it was not packed, then I remember having done the photo packaging, then I communicate to the call center to send by email the two photos of both the signature and the plastic packaging. I want to underline that a serious COMPANY with a serious CUSTOMER SERVICE, before giving a sentence you should take customer care and given that I had not attached the photo of the packaging, the question of why there was no packaging should have arisen immediately and then ask me if there was or was not there and to send them a photo.
Following this, after a few days after my insistent calls tell me that for them or for the office of competence (but I have never seen any document of this office) the signed signature may have been tampered with as I sent him the photo too late (too bad that they didn't ask me for it, the photo is dated at the time of the shot, and moreover the slip that I could have tampered with is the slip that is kept by the bellboy to document that he made the delivery) .
For their part, nothing can be reimbursed, I don't even have a phone now and I can't even get my money back.
We will see by legal means after all the documents in my possession if I can receive my due reimbursement.
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'S ATTENTION.
Do not buy from Monclick before something happens and you will not be reimbursed.
