We were beyond excited to start with Dental Intel within the first 10 minutes of our demo! If your practice is looking to organize and stay on top of your patient follow ups (who isn't?), you have to schedule a demo! We needed an easier way to keep track of unscheduled recall and tx, missed/broken appointment follow ups, past due insurance claims, and A/R to name a few. We have it all organized now and don't have to deal with PAPER REPORTS anymore. Dental Intelligence syncs with our software and makes life so much easier. We can filter the patients we want to see who need a specific procedure by code, date they were last seen, insurance available...the filters are endless. Accountablility is increased, so production is increased AUTOMATICALLY. It really motivates everyone to work as a team and you can make it fun (yes, work can be fun) with incentives. It really is a no brainer.
Even better is the customer service; they are genuinely the best group of people to work with. Between Mark, who answered our million questions during the demo to Spencer who gave us extra training and Tanner & Jeff who answer ALL of my questions within 2 minutes via chat or call, I honestly couldn't find NICER or more communcative people anywhere. Thanks so much - You guys are the best!
