My experience here was not only lengthy, but poor as well. Every time I called something else was wrong with the vehicle and I was unaware, in addition call backs and follow ups on status of the car was a rarity. It's almost like it was my responsibility to call and ask for updates. After my car had been in the shop (much longer than expected) I was told I could pick it up at 5:00 to 5:30 after they called me. At 6:10 I got a call saying my car was done yet I couldn't pick it up because all the cashiers left. This is both frustrating and a hassle. I had a ride set up for 5:30 to pick up my vehicle, yet now I have to wait another day. I would expect my car to be ready when they said it would be, now I'm left carless another evening and have to rearrange plans to find yet another ride.
