1) I had two simple pre-op procedures here. The first was an hour late. The second 1.5 hours late.
2) I had a pre-op financial assessment. They told me my max out of pocket would be $1,300. It was $7,100. When I called to complain, they hung up on me.
3) The afternoon before surgery, they left a voice message as to the time of surgery the next morning. The message was garbled and nobody would pick up a phone so I could find out when the surgery was. I called for 2 hours. Finally, my doctor's office ran it down.
