The anesthesiologist in Omaha did a great job. However I can't give this group a good review. We have been paying on my son's anesthesia bill since June of 2017 and have yet to receive an updated statement. In fact this group is borderline impossible to reach if you have a question about your bill. We have tried numerous times to get an updated statement with no luck. The only time my wife got ahold of someone they told her it was her job to track down all the payment info and get back to her. We tried, no one has answered a phone it written back to any of our emails or letters.

Pros: the anesthesiologists seem legit and do good work
Cons: customer service is beyond a joke.
