Second return to these guys within a month, both of which went horrible. Cant talk to a live person and they end your e-mail concordance whenever they decide they don't want to respond anymore. They sent me a defective part, I sent it back using the return label their website provided and now they are telling me I sent it to the wrong place and I have to pay shipping charges to correct this. I had no say in the matter, they are deducting the shipping from what's left of my refund for the defective part THEY sent me. I am a residential customer, I have no way to create my own shipping label, so it's quite obvious their system has a problem, yet I have to pay for it! Never buying from these guys again. Used to be great to deal with the past 20 years I have used them, now not so much, really went down hill. What a shame, a once great company now steals from their loyal customers.
