Our stay at Sofitel was an incredible experience. The staff are polite and friendly . I would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service by 'Vivekan' during our stay and really appreciate the attention to the details from the Housekeeping attendant Aaron who was extremely professional, courteous and prompt in his service and ensured our stay was comfortable all throughout. Keep up the excellent work!
