Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Ascot & Co and Clarity Conveyance Services. They made our property purchase experience very smooth with clear requirements and expectations. From Ascot & Co, Christopher Edward Jones work relentlessly with myself and my family to find us the right property that exceeded our expectations, moreover, Chris has a very nice personality making it a pleasure dealing with him.
From Clarity Conveyance Services Barbora Pospisilova was assigned to our case once we signed the MOU, she was clearly on the top of her game with pretty much a thorough answer to any of our questions, she handled the whole end to end process of property transfer. From collecting the seller and buyer s paperwork to liaising with the lending institutions as well as the Land Department and Trustees.
Overall, we are very happy with the experience, would myself re-use their services and would highly recommend them.
