The real Chef is not the one who knows how to cook, but the one who knows how to cook exceptionally well and... is able to take you on a culinary journey. One of the best meals I've ever had and definitely the best 'story' ever told (or shall I say eaten?). The whole ceremony has started and ended with the identically looking dishes. What a treat! Thank you! & thank you for you kind 'tour'. Loved your kitchen.
