Nordstrom and UPS: A day late and a dollar short for Christmas!
To be fair, it was really UPS trying their best to ruin Christmas, but Nordstrom did a lousy job explaining exactly why I wouldn t get my package in time for Christmas.
I placed the order 12/19 with a promise from Nordstrom that my package would be delivered by the latest, Saturday 12/23. For some reason the customer service representatives couldn t find a human being at UPS that would tell the truth as to why the package wouldn t be delivered until 12/26.
So, what do I get for spending $250 with Nordstrom. You guessed it, Nothing! No packages no presents to give my mom, niece, and sister. Nothing for Christmas!
Amazon will be getting all my future purchases. Nordstrom will never be able to match Amazon s customer service or their Logistics. I am truly disappointed that a company as large as Nordstrom couldn t manage delivering 3 pieces of jewelry in 4 days and instead took 7 days. And for my inconvenience, I was offered a lousy $20 gift card to Nordstrom. Keep your $20. I will never give you any of my future business.
