Stayed here for two separate winter vacations. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, with a balcony and a fireplace. There is plenty of snowshoeing and crosscountry ski trails, and other activities. Staff is generally nice. Lots of board games provided at the front counter and a game room with pool tables and ping pong is available if you don't want to ski. The only thing I was really disappointed with however is their restaurants. I would recommend bringing some just-add-water foods (no micrwave in rooms, but coffee machine can make hot water) and water bottles. We stayed for like 4 days each visit, but they only two restaurants that never change their menu and a restaurant host who is completely rude.
