Purchasing was a good event. However over the years service has dropped. My visit in mid September 2018 will be the last. Reasons: 1) Getting a ride to work...nice idea but what should have been 5 minutes ended up an hour. The location of 3 of us was provided but the one who is closest (i.e. my 5 minute distance) was a failure. Plus the driver knew exactly where it was i needed to go as I didn't need to explain it!!! 2) my keys were misplaced!!! How?? Took a few minutes to find to provide to me. 3) 2 visits in a row my emergency brake (stick shift needs it) it was pulled so hard that I wasn't able to release it and had to get it done for me. I even expressed my frustration in the previous visit!!! I hope others have better experiences .
