I warn anyone thinking of dealing with this company to exercise extreme caution. They use bait and switch sales tactics and "live" quotes to change the terms that they offer. We were offered 84-month, 0% financing along with rebates by the salesperson Juanita. Once we sent in our trade-in information, they changed the quote by removing the rebates and Blake stated that the rebates are not available in conjunction with 84-month 0% financing. Why then would they offer it in the initial quote if it's not available? Blake, not wanting to discuss this with me or change the quote back, handed the phone off to Junior, who was rude and told me that he didn't have to talk to me. Way to handle your customers! Make sure you screenshot or print every quote that they send you, because they can change the terms without notice. We wasted too much time dealing with this group and hope everyone else heeds our advice.
