After 20 years+/- with Nolo, it comes as a shock to learn that Martindale has stepped in and apparently has an opaque and unresponsive billing system, fails to account for its product and seems to think that they have no accountability to their clients whatsoever.
I doubt that this review will ever see the light of day, so I will be repeating it in each and every legal user forum available.
Bottom line: Martindale-Nolo does not run a professional operation, and doesn't seem to care.
This site won't allow zero stars, but that's the most accurate rating for these Martindale-Nolo services..
