Me and my wife went up there just for a weekend get away,Nothing crazy... just wanted to get away from the city. The town the hotel is in is absolutely beautiful. When we got to the hotel we were very happy and excited . The hotel looked beautiful when we entered the lobby.Prices were not that bad for rooms. The food and room service was very expensive for the quality of food.anyway as we walked through the hall to head to our room the hallway looked a bit outdated. Easy fix ups, we got to our room and at first glance it looked good. Big room big flat screen tv beautiful bathroom and view. After about two hours I went to turn on the lamp In the room I spotted two stink bugs on the lamp so I decided to check all around the room. After doing so I found about 5 stink bugs on the wall on the lamp on the telephone. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone immediately. After about 25 minutes of waiting they sent a maintaince woman with horrible body odor to remove the bugs. She did not know what she was doing . I explained to her if she killed the stink bugs that they release odor. She decided to kill them anyway. She killed the bugs and me and my wife stepped out for about two hours. We return to the room and continue seeing more bugs. Finally they move us to a different room. Customer service was not that great. And after dealing with bugs we expected to be treated better or get some kind of deal or special treatment.Nothing was done. Don t know if we will be coming back.
