I recently signed up for a health plan with this company, and I found the experience to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the helpful information provided. However, I encountered some delays in getting my questions answered, which was a bit frustrating. The plan options were decent, but I wish there were more customizable choices to better fit my needs. Overall, the company seemed to be reliable, but there is room for improvement in customer service and plan flexibility. I hope to see enhancements in these areas in the future.
