The staff is not at all available to solve your problems ... I explain the situation: we had the ticket for Sunday, July 15 but my boyfriend had a setback at work and had to stop more so I just knew I tried to call the Medieval times and although I have been on the phone for more than half an hour I have not received any answer, maybe that phone call would have served to get us a little late ... anyway the following day I tried to call back and to receive an answer I had to wait 1 hour and a half, when they answered I explained the situation and their response was first of all very rude and then they told me that they can not do anything because we had already booked the ticket (which also costs 30 euros in person, not a banality) and therefore also the places were kept for us and more that if we called the same evening maybe they would have managed to do something.
I do not think it's fair to charge a person for a 30 euro ticket and then not be able to change it with another night we are not asking for compensation but only to be able to enter another show and be able to use the ticket purchased. I'm sorry but if someone will never ask me about this place I will not be able to say anything positive because the staff in my opinion is not willing to meet the needs of the client.
