UPDATE: Still the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Greg forgot in his response to mention that I bought my computer from them. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. His little snarky response to me reporting him as the rudest person on the phone shows you just how he will talk about you behind your back if you are his customer. Do not give them your business. In the 11 months since I called Greg I have used his competitor 7 times. I am a very loyal and dedicated customer when treated right. Greg needs to take lessons on how to treat customers. I bought my computer FROM HIM and he totally forgot about that. Don't be like Greg. Especially if you own a business.

I just had the worst experience with customer service ever with Greg. I called him 1 week ago to come to a house call to check my computer. He asked me to text him the information which I did 6 days ago. He never replied. He never showed up today for the call. I called and he just said I guess I slipped through the cracks. He can't come out today. I asked for a discount and he had the nerve to say no he could not afford it. Absolutely the worst service ever. And to be honest, I texted him 7 times and he never once replied. All he had to say was he was sorry and yeah how about a 10% discount for FORGETTING ME. I do not recommend them at all. I really hope that in the future Greg will be kinder and at least LOOK at his text messages. I find it really hard to believe that a computer guru did not look at his text messages for 6 days. 6days he didn't look at his messages? I do not recommend them at all. I would have prior to this. But the attitude I got from him and the fact that he said he did not see my texts for 6 days? Not sure what the issue is, however, it needs to be resolved.
