Mr vern hall at Toyota of grand rapids was excellent. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was able to trouble shoot in getting complete coverage for our repair with a service contract. Then later talked us through a "how to" with an item that was not malfunctioning, we just weren't understanding how to use on a car.
