👍 I've been attending Pilates Plus of Bonita Springs for a while now and it has been a great experience. The instructors are excellent and provide individual attention to ensure proper form. The studio is clean and well-maintained, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The classes are challenging and effective, and I have seen improvements in my strength and posture. Highly recommend giving it a try!
