Susan L. Review of Flowers by Reni

Dying flowers. Nearly everything in the bouquet had brown around the edges. I'm figuring the florist didn't sell enough flowers on Mother's Day and was using old stock.
Not acceptable.
The actual arrangement was beautifully done. At first, I thought it was beautiful. But then I noticed almost all the flowers were on their way out. Those little white daisy looking ones are totally brown!
And the large roses, which usually are the justification for charging more, are browned around the edges and definitely on their way out, as are the spray roses.
My aunt sent this to my Mom for her 81st birthday. Again, there's no excuse for this.
EDIT: In regard to the owner's response: I buy roses all the time. Even grocery stores have nicer roses (Even Aldi's $4 roses!).
But then she also only says the white ones are "imperfect" instead of "brown and mostly dead." SHE NEVER APOLOGIZES . I purposefully included my order number, which would have had all of my mom's data. If she wanted to make this right, she could have called. I know you can't control when flowers die. But they should definitely at least look good when they arrive. I mean, is that so much to ask?
